The Full Service Design package is perfect for clients who want a comprehensive, start-to-finish experience with professional oversight throughout the entire process. Here’s what it includes:

Two-Hour Complimentary Consultation: We start with an in-person consultation to discuss your vision, goals, and project scope in detail.
Custom Design Options: You will receive two design options for each room, complete with mood boards, color palettes, and furniture selections tailored to your style.
Room Layout & Dimensions: A detailed layout of each room with precise dimensions and placement for all furnishings and décor.
Detailed Budget with Live Tracking: A transparent, itemized budget that includes real-time updates to track spending and ensure your project stays on target.
In-Person Sourcing: I personally source furniture, materials, and finishes, ensuring each element aligns with the overall design.
Installation: I handle all aspects of installation, ensuring everything is placed perfectly and ready for you to enjoy.
Access to Trade Partners: Benefit from our trusted network of trade professionals, including painters, wallpaper installers, fabric houses, and cabinet makers, ensuring quality workmanship throughout your project.
Complete Project Management: I’ll guide you through every step of the process, from design conception to final installation, managing all details along the way.

Investment

Our design fee is $850 per room up front upon approval of the overall design concept. From there, a project design fee, 20% of the total project investment, is added for full service design, with a $30k minimum project budget.

Design Only

For clients who want a professional design plan to implement at their own pace, the Design Only package provides you with a comprehensive vision for your space. For $850 per room, here’s what you’ll receive:

Initial Consultation: A thorough discussion of your needs, style preferences, and the space’s potential. This is where we discover your goals and dreams for the project.
Custom Design Plan: You’ll receive a detailed plan that includes:
- A cohesive design concept, mood board, and color scheme.
- A detailed room layout with measurements and dimensions.
- An online source list with all the products and furnishings needed for the design.
- A comprehensive budget to guide your purchasing decisions.
One Round of Revisions: We’ll refine the design based on your feedback to ensure it’s exactly what you envision.
Final Presentation: A clear and actionable final design package delivered with all the information you need to execute it yourself, including a shopping list and guidance on placement.

Note: The Design Only package is ideal for clients who prefer to manage their own timelines, budget, and execution of the design plan but want expert guidance and a beautiful, professional result.

Consultation

Hourly consultation starts at $140/hr and includes an in-person or virtual walk-though of your space, suggested ideas for layout or art placement, paint color selection, etc.
