Above is the design board presented to the contractor with inspiration, finishes, and colors. Below is my somewhat rough sketch that led to a much lovelier rendering my our architect (below).
This cute light fixture was my best budget find! $12 at Habitat for Humanity ReStore 🤗 Adds the perfect amount of history and patina to an otherwise new home.
And because it always gets worse before it gets better....progress shots!
